CLUB STYLE by Stylezonetv and Zink Magazine host pre - LA Fashion Week Event for Fashion Industry @ Boardners, Hollywood sponsored by Tony & Tina, Sephora, Hpnotiq and Hun Soju Beverages
September 23, 2004 -- Tony & Tina Cosmetics provided their inimitable flair for Club Makeovers – while fashionistas including Celebrities, Media, VIPS, Models, and Hollywood Stylists visited and enjoyed a private party for Zink magazine at Boardners - a landmark in Hollywood history. This restaurant and nightclub co-hosted Club Style - a special Fashion & Style event to mark the fast approaching October Mercedes Benz LA Fashion Week with official magazine sponsor – Zink and produced by Stylezonetv Productions, Inc. A favorite with makeup artists and fashionistas worldwide, this incredibly stylish magazine based in NY, is fast making it's mark on the fashion world.
Throughout the night; models, celebrities, and fashion PR machines partied, talked and networked while a "live" fashion shoot took place with photographer Tal Karasso and his team of celebrity fashion stylists, makeup artists and hairstylists produced by Stylezonetv. As the shoot moved around the club through the busy crowd, onlookers were treated to a visual extravaganza of high fashion gowns by Halston, Jane Booke, Temperly of London, Sue Wong, Oscar de la Renta, Shoes by Dolce & Gabanna, Roberto Cavalli and Caesar Paciotti styled by Celebrity Stylist Mike Sam and accessorized with jewellery by Devon Leigh Regis. Models were from Photogenics agency.
The beautiful crowd of soap stars and models included young models from all the LA based agencies, including LA Models, Next, Elite, Warning, Zoo and Photogenics and they got a chance to meet and talk with Celebrity Fashion photographers who regularly grace the pages of Zink Magazine such as Sinisha, Miguel Starcevich, Guiliano Bekor, Tal Karasso and more. LA – based designers Louis Verdad, Sterling Cappricio, Ashley Paige and others stopped by, while makeup artists Sharon Gault, Geoffrey Rodriguez and Christian McNally were on hand to give spontaneous makeup demonstrations at the Tony & Tina makeup booth. Everyone agreed it was a very unique and entertaining event!
The Band performance was by StudioCrash from Orange County. Their show not only delighted their young 18 + audience but they were lucky enough to talk to and be heard by Red Hot Chilly Pepper's lead singer Anthony Kiedes who was visiting incognito with his model girlfriend. This "nouveau Studio 54-style" Club of Hollywood certainly attracted an elite crowd.
The diverse crowd included high profile celebrities from the U.K. including Lady Victoria Hervey and Celebrity Fashion Stylist George Blodwell, and his nephews supermodels and DJ's Mark and Alistair Blackham who guest DJ'd the closing part of the night with their latest U.K. spins. While the crowd packed out the dancefloor, the photoshoot continued and Videos of LA Fashion Week produced by Stylezonetv Productions, played all night on the screens giving the Designers and stylists a chance to see themselves and their shows for the first time.
The next Club Style event will be taking place in October before LA Fashion Week Oct 26 – 29th, 2004
